Product Use Disclaimer

Amber Drops products have been formulated by personal research and education on natural cosmetics and are continuously tested to several people, whose feedback is a constant motivation for improvement. The final products are not yet certified, but the initial materials are. Always take a patch test before using a natural product on your whole body, to avoid allergic reaction. Avoid eye contact. All products are handmade, therefore they may have slight variations or minor flaws. Actual products might differ from pictures.

Amber Drops products are for external use οnly. We provide detailed instructions for safe and proper product use and candle burning. Please read the instructions carefully.

Amber Drops takes no responsibility or liability for any product misuse. It is your responsibility to read and follow use instructions in the “additional information” section of each product. By using natural skincare products someone has to be committed in accepting a different product behavior, one of raw uneven textures, and to be patient in order to enjoy the results. This is slow living.

Amber Drops uses the minimum necessary packaging on its products, in compliance with the brand’s core mindset.

Any new products which are added to the current e-shop shall also be subject to the T&C. You can review the most current version of the T&C at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these T&C by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By shopping in this website, you state that you are at least 18 years old and that you have read and agreed with T&C and product use instructions.

Broken or damaged products during shipment:

All products are packed with care and shipped in perfect condition. In case you received a damaged or broken product, you must inform us immediately with photographic material at hello@amber-drops.com so that we can proceed with their immediate replacement or refund. Incidents of damaged or broken products because of shipping will not be taken under consideration after 3 days upon receipt.

Product returns & refunds:

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on orders of soaps/ shampoo bars & skincare, but please contact us at hello@amber-drops.com should you have any question or issue with your order and we will gladly discuss a possible solution.

Candles can be returned within 10 working days post reception with plain post delivery. The sender is due to the shipping cost. Proof of shipment should be send via e-mail at hello@amber-drops.com for the refund procedure to take place.
